prompt table themes suggestion post
So, the Queer Women's Literature Quotes prompt table challenge is officially over (though you can still sneak in any last fics till we get the next table going) which means it's time for a new challenge!
And a new challenge means a new set of prompts, and thus this is the theme suggestion/ideas post. Suggest anything you think would make a good overall theme for a table of prompts and feel free to be as creative as you like! If you'd like some examples, you can check out last year's suggestion post here.
This post will be open for one week, and then we'll have a poll to decide what the new prompt table will be.

Always the bridesmaid and never the bride but that doesn't mean I won't invite her every time. XD

Maybe a table with elements and archetypes found in fairy tales, folk tales or myths? For example, "poisoned fruit", "makeover", and "cut thread", in reference to Snow White, Cinderella, and the Minotaur or the Moirai Greek myths. This way the prompts are general enough so they don't shoehorn the writers into writing a certain type of story, and at the same time the writers can substitute prompts for others from stories they like better, or from different places and cultures. (I'd love to read fics inspired in stories that aren't that well known.)

And I love the idea of those kind of archetypes/elements as prompts, I feel like that would be really different and something super inspiring!

Also going to re-up my 'things in nature/space' suggestion from last year, because I still like it :D
