prompt table themes suggestion post

So, the Janelle Monae prompt table challenge is officially over (though you can still sneak in any last fics till the end of the month) which means it's time for a new challenge!

And a new challenge means a new set of prompts, and thus this is the theme suggestion post. Feel free to suggest anything you think would make a good overall theme for a table of prompts! Be as creative as you like! If you'd like some examples, you can check out last year's suggestion post here.

This post will be open for one week, and then we'll have a poll to decide what the next prompt table will be.

- Tarot cards

Those are all great, thank you! I particularly like Madonna songs, you could get some good prompts out of those!

I've seen it done before, years ago, but Queer Ladies Movie Titles are great prompts. Alternatively, lines from any of these films would be good too! (Lost and Delirious has some great lines in it, for example.)

Lol, and I'm never against more music lyrics from queer lady musicians! Hayley Kiyoko song lyrics gets my vote. =)

Yes! Movie Titles was one of the tables years ago at femslash100 but there'd be plenty of new movies since then and, as you say, you could also use lines.

I love Hayley and she has lovely lyrics, so that would work well too!

Yes! That's always been a perennial on the poll and I think it's nearly won a few times? I kind of like the simpler, broader prompts sometimes because you're not tied to a specific interpretation, which lets you be more creative. :)

Seconding Tarot! Another suggestion: words that don't exist in English, like hygge, schadenfreude and shinrin-yoku.
