I had a stray thought inspired by the ficlets and shortfics comms: Has anybody here considered opening a similar femslash comm for slightly larger stories (e.g. 1,000 to 5,000 words, per shortfics)?

Ooh, that is an extremely interesting idea! This place was always for shorter stuff because it started when femslash100 closed down here on DW but it would probably be good to have a place for slightly longer fics too. Maybe with monthly instead of weekly prompts? Or with weekly prompts but older ones always open? I don't know but hmmm... food for thought generally!

I wouldn't be able to start anything right now (and would of course support anyone else who wanted to do something in the meantime!) but I will definitely ponder on that. :)
