Summary: Ashildr and Clara are the new cup-bearers of the Greek gods.
Any time a Greek god needs ambrosia or nectar, they don't have to go to Mount Olympus to get it. They call Clara and Ashildr.
The gods wanted only one of them to be the cup-bearer of Mount Olympus, but they insisted they work together or the gods wouldn't have their services at all. The gods agreed.
All a god has to do is make a signal for Clara and Ashildr to receive. Then they fly their diner to wherever the god is. The god walks in the diner, sits by the counter, and gets their ambrosia or nectar. Easy.
