Pretty is such an insufficient word when it comes to describing Parker.
Tara knows a thousand words for describing a woman’s beauty, could give you chapter and verse on the virtues of her old friend Sophie. But when it comes to Parker she find herself lost for words. She understands what Sophie meant about there being something special there. Parker has a presence, even when she isn’t trying, there’s something about her that draws the eye when she isn’t actively working on being invisible.
There’s something magnetic and powerful about Parker, something that makes Tara want her for her own.
